Who would have thought that VINEGAR is such a helper?

Our clients are turning to Dynamics very often recently regarding eco-friendly products. Not only to take advise on eco-friendly products that are available to them in most supermarkets, but also what our company can supply at a discounted cost when buying in bulk.

However, sometimes, the solution is right in front of our eyes and at a rather reasonable budget.

Today’s information is about the benefits of vinegar as a secret agent. Not exactly 007, but a ‘cleaning secret agent’.

Dynamics Cleaners would like to give some valuable information about the use of vinegar in our everyday lives.

Benefits of vinegar as a household & office cleaner

Microwave

You probably have a bottle of vinegar sitting in your cupboard right now. But like so many, you might only use vinegar as a salad dressing or as a marinade for vegetables, meat, poultry or fish.

That stuck on debris is going to take a lot of elbow grease to remove. Luckily, a little steam can make the job a whole lot easier. Simply fill a microwave safe bowl with a few tablespoons of white vinegar and a cup of water, a slice of lemon if desired & turn the microwave on high for a few minutes, making those caked-on messes a breeze to clean off afterwards.

Coffee Maker

Even those of us who use our coffee makers on a daily basis probably aren’t cleaning them as often as we should be. Research suggests that coffee makers are veritable hotbed of bacterial activity which means that we might just be ingesting some of that icky stuff along with our dark roast.

So how should you combat all that bacteria? A monthly vinegar rinse should do it. Simply fill your coffee makers reservoir with a few tablespoons of white vinegar mixed with water, run it and then run it once more with only water to eliminate any lingering vinegar smell.

Shower Head

When your shower head starts to look crusty & more than just the nasty appearance, your shower may also become less luxurious if the water can’t get through the holes due to mineral deposits, however, keeping the outside of your showerhead clean isn’t difficult, simply fill a sandwich bag with white vinegar and affix it to your showerhead with rubber bands, leaving it to soak for 4 hours or overnight. Then remove bag and wipe away any loosened deposits, run the shower through and you are all set!

Computer Keyboard

You would be amazing by how much bacteria lives on your computer keyboard. One 2018 study published in the international journal of environmental research and public health tested various keyboards both before and after cleaning them and found that prior to the disinfecting process they contacted strains of everything from Bacillus (which can cause a host of diseases) to Staphylococcus aureus.

Though adding your keyboard to your list of things to clean might be the last thing you want to do, the good news is that it is relatively easy to cross this talk off your to-do list. All you have to do is dip a toothbrush in half vinegar/half water solution and scrub a dub-dub on and between those keyboard keys to eliminate any germs.
